Slept it out this morning, snoozed through my alarm
Awoke before 11, a lie in did me no harm!
Down to yoga on my mat, works like a charm
To deepen my breath & keep me nice & warm.
My body moves, I’m in the flow
Heartbeat quickens, here we go…
Yogi I be if you don’t know
And yoga poses I occasionally show.
Chemical lobotomy was forced upon me
See how I recover now that I am free.
Drama class awaits for the afternoon
But I’ll be back to rhyming soon.
