The Cautionary Tale Of Auntie Helen

Auntie Helen smokes pot

In fact she smokes quite a lot

Broke as a joke

She loves a good poke

With young men that she finds hot!

Auntie Helen is naughty

The rest of her family are haughty

Chilled as a pill

Is better than ill

Nothing about her is faulty!

Auntie Helen knits clothing

While at the mouth she is frothing

Her needles they fly

As time passes by

A talent that’s well worth noting!

Auntie Helen misses her kids

The loneliness gives her the skids

So far away

From her they do play

If only they’d do as she bids!

Auntie Helen is wrecked

I can tell you for sure ‘cos I checked

Frayed at the seams

And having bad dreams

About the last guy that she fecked!

Auntie Helen won’t last

Unless she gets over her past

Fretting & sweating

The odds aren’t worth betting

She gets up & then down again fast!

Auntie Helen still tries to believe

To ask, believe & receive

For pray we must

Or our future is dust

From living there is no reprieve!
