Writing gives me so much joy

My pen is my favourite toy

Scrawls & squiggles, swirls & lines

On the hob my kettle whines.

Tea for one or perhaps a coffee

Break the fast, chew on a toffee

Sugar rush, feel oh so high

Time to write, oh yes it’s nigh.
