What are you most proud of in your life?

I delight in my daughter

Yes she is the love of my life

My legacy, my reason to be

She shines a light so bright!

With pride I display her artwork

And her photographs so sweet

For she is a charm & would ne’er do harm

Shining from her head to her feet!

Her bright blue eyes, how they twinkle

When joy lights up her face

I’d love to see her, oh how I would greet her

Although I am in disgrace!

I’m making plans for her future

For at present she stays with her dad

My pride comes before his fall

And that makes me so glad!
