Our children are the future
They’re feeling traumatized
Saturated with current affairs
Global conflict on the rise!
Expressing themselves openly
I work with kids each day
Their minds polluted
Their childhood looted
Violence will not pay!
The Palestinian plight
Is echoing in their minds
We’ve got to cease
The fire, bring Peace
And Love will have its time!
Let’s give Peace time to shine
No further cause to whine
Such is the dream that’s mine!
