Just back from the shops & I’m fit to drop
To the pharmacy I had to pop
Waiting for the Ibuprofen to kick in
Flaming sciatica erupting from within.
My right hand & fingers are inflamed too
Riddled with eczema, fuckaroo!
Feeling like I’ve died & gone to hell
With a deep sigh, I feel my misery swell…
Lonely & bored on a Monday afternoon
