Sunday Lunch & Then Some

It’s that time of the week, Sunday lunch is served

Roast chicken & trimmings, well deserved

For afters, chocolate fudge cake goes down a treat

It’s nice to finish with something sweet.

I get down to some yoga soon as I have digested

The afternoon is mine & my time is well invested

I cancel my plans for the evening ahead

Yes, I’ll behave myself & go early to bed.
