Lounging

Easter Monday came to pass

Hardly got up off my ass

Apart from an hour on my yoga mat

I lounged about, lazy like a cat.

Time alone to recuperate

Plenty of water, barely ate

Bored to bits by the end of the day

And ready to sleep the night away.
