Getting my nails done, oh the joys!
Must choose a colour, I am spoilt for choice.
The salon’s so busy, since it’s Christmas,
Hustle & bustle, they’re doing great business.
Will I keep my nails purple, or shall I go for pink?
With a festive sparkle to make the boys wink!
A manicure & pedicure, getting the works…
I opt for purple polish, toenails first.
Pamper me happy, I’m having a scrub,
I sit back & relax with my feet in the tub.
She files my feet & then my nails,
Then it’s on with the polish, some patience that entails.
In the end, I’m delighted with the result,
Shiny purple talons that no one would insult!
