Day 9 of Christmas & I’m going for a facial

I dress nice & warm ‘cos the weather outside is glacial

‘Tiz the season to be jolly, so I make my merry way

Through the throngs in the city, out shopping for the day.

And so this is Christmas, though it’s drawing to a close

The sales are in full swing, that’s how January goes

The sun has got its hat on, despite the chill
