Days Like This

Another rainy day is here, I wish I was a duck

Feeling under the weather & all out of luck

Negative thinking is getting me down

As I splash through puddles & head into town.

There’ll be days like this, yes that’s true

Aching all over, sad & blue

World weary, dreary, in need of a lift

I muddle through somehow, knowing things will shift.
